Principal Engineering Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex hardware programs through planning, factory readiness, and build execution.
• Coordinate with Hardware Systems Eng, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Validation, and
• Drive cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
• Manage engagement with ODM/JDM/contract manufacturers and ensure milestones.
• Coordinate readiness activities and qualification milestones for engineering builds.
• Drive test readiness, including production test development and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years leading complex hardware development programs.
• Experience with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturing partners.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ops, NPI, and build execution.
• Experience delivering manufacturing test readiness and validation.
• Knowledge of hardware development lifecycles and EC management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
