📋 Description

• Drive validation execution, automation, product quality, and release readiness across Graphcore
• Lead validation strategies for complex silicon, subsystems, and platforms with strong hardware focus
• Develop scalable validation methodologies and automation to improve test coverage and execution
• Collaborate with architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, systems, and validation
• Mentor engineers on validation methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in silicon/hardware validation and related engineering disciplines
• Deep knowledge of validation methodologies, test planning, execution, and quality processes
• Proven ability to develop automation frameworks for validation, regression, and test orchestration
• Expert-level Python programming for automation, data analysis, and infrastructure development
• Solid understanding of hardware systems, silicon bring-up, and validation workflows
• Experience translating high-level requirements into structured validation plans and measurable
