📋 Description

• Develop and execute research strategies balancing customer needs, business priorities, and AI product objectives.
• Become a subject matter expert on customer experiences, behaviors, and trends impacting AI adoption.
• Identify areas of uncertainty and prioritize research efforts to reduce product development risks.
• Conduct mixed-method research programs, including discovery studies, usability testing, surveys, and measurement initiatives.
• Translate research findings into recommendations that influence product roadmaps and platform evolution.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to drive meaningful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in user research, customer experience research, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience using research insights to influence product decisions, user experience improvements, and business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies, including usability studies, field research, survey analysis, heuristic evaluations, participatory design, and focus groups.
• Experience researching AI-powered products, assistants, copilots, search systems, recommendation systems, or other intelligent experiences.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and how it impacts customer expectations, workflows, and product design.
• Ability to define and scale research strategies in fast-moving and ambiguous product environments.
