📋 Description

• Own the quality of insurance process knowledge, designs and solutions across Property &amp
• Decide what needs fixing first, review changes before they go to customers, and sign off when a
• Work with industry experts, partners and reviewers to maintain and improve quality.
• Build a library of real insurance use cases covering claims, FNOL and triage, total loss
• Define test cases, scoring criteria and expected answers to evaluate every new AI model and product
• Evaluate AI outputs at every stage, from process knowledge and process maps to design documents and

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in US insurance, ideally starting hands-on in claims and
• Deep P&C or Life & Annuity knowledge across the lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of US claims regulation: unfair claims settlement practices, state acknowledgment
• Experience mapping or redesigning claims or policy servicing operations: queues, handoffs, SLAs
• The confidence to review complex documents quickly, spot what's plausible but wrong, and explain
