Principal Failure Analysis Engineer (Semiconductor / Electronics)

📋 Description

• Conduct technical discussions to understand client scope and expectations
• Design and execute appropriate analytical plans/methods
• Provide value-added insight and result interpretation
• Recommend suitable next steps for clients
• Lead teams of engineers in the lab and work alongside peers
• Manage projects, plan jobs, and handle multi-disciplinary problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE required
• Minimum 15+ years of direct, hands-on Failure Analysis laboratory experience in semiconductor and
• Experience and knowledge in semiconductor, materials analysis, electronics manufacturing, design
• Experience as technical lead, manager, or mentor highly desired
• Hands-on expertise in root cause failure analysis
• Fault isolation techniques: OBIRCH, XIVA, EMMI, IR Thermography
