Principal Field Product Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Mgmt to streamline field ops and PV stages
• Drive product strategy for Zscaler platform, ZIA and ZPA
• Support escalations and deployments for large customers
• Report deal status clearly to product and sales leadership
• Engage product/engineering to gather customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML knowledge; leverage AI solutions to optimize outcomes
• Experience leading pre-sales or outbound Product Management
• Experience in a platform company to grow and sustain revenue
• Deep knowledge of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, SAML, SCIM
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and track engagement with PM tools
