Principal Finance Partner, Revenue & Strategic Modeling

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end revenue forecast and planning cycles.
• Link bookings, ARR, and revenue with drivers and retention dynamics.
• Design multi-scenario models linking drivers to forecast.
• Automate forecasting with AI to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Ops to reflect context.
• Deliver executive insights through reporting and board materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in investment banking, PE, FP&A, or similar analytical role; SaaS exp preferred.
• Deep revenue-modeling expertise: forecast models from scratch; bookings to revenue.
• Strong automation bias with AI tools (Windsurf, Devin, Cursor, OpenCode).
• Systems-thinking: data structures and repeatable processes; Anaplan a plus.
• Expert Excel and Google Sheets; NetSuite/Salesforce a plus.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field.
