Principal Financial/Sales Commissions Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead financial analysis and modeling to evaluate incentive plan designs, quota scenarios, and GTM
• Translate complex analysis into clear executive insights, developing presentations and
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, GTM, and other functions
• Analyze attainment, payout trends, and plan effectiveness
• Lead the quarterly quota-setting process
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, sales operations, or
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders preferred
