🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend engineering in large-scale web apps
• Expert Angular 2+, React, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx
• Proven track record architecting complex frontend systems
• Deep expertise in performance optimization and scalability
• Experience leading technical strategy across multiple teams
• Strong judgment balancing speed, quality, and architecture
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
