📋 Description

• Lead frontend engineering for the Co-Experience team.
• Mentor engineers and remove roadblocks for teammates.
• Act as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives across pods.
• Take end-to-end ownership from architecture to launch.
• Remain hands-on in the codebase; actively develop the platform.
• Design empowering systems enabling new co-experience features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years frontend or client engineering exp, focus on complex UIs.
• Real-time audio/video calling experience at scale.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping.
• Technical leadership; mentor senior engineers to independent leaders.
• Strong system design; write clear architectural docs.
• Collaborative with product and design across multiple pods.
