• 10+ years software engineering with staff-level leadership; .NET, SQL Server, Angular
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems
• Define scalable architectures and reusable patterns
• Own roadmaps and modernize legacy systems
• Automated testing (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Agile)
• Observability, performance monitoring, and reliability at scale
