• 10+ years of software engineering with staff-level leadership
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems
• Define scalable architectures and reusable patterns across teams
• Own technical roadmaps and modernize legacy systems
• Automated testing (including TDD) and risk-aware quality
