Principal Game Engineer (Unreal Engine)

📋 Description

• Lead technical authority for OTT portfolio; drive strategy across engine, infra, tools, and live
• Oversee Unreal Engine/Unity production, C++ internal engines, and legacy stacks
• Manage and inspire 35–40 engineers across multiple projects
• Integrate AI-driven productivity tools into the OTT portfolio
• Coordinate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in game creation across genres; deep knowledge of AI, 3D rendering, online/network scale
• Proficiency with Unity and Unreal Engine; mandatory mastery of Unreal (UE5)
• Strong architecture/C++/Python/C# coding skills
• Experience with AI/LLM production deployment and AI coding assistants
• Proven strategic project management and leadership abilities
