📋 Description

• Own strategy and evolution of a suite of customer-facing products.
• Define roadmap; balance customer needs, business goals, feasibility.
• Collaborate with Eng/Design to ship iteratively.
• Improve journeys, workflows, adoption, and marketplace engagement.
• Monitor metrics: adoption, engagement, conversion, feature use.
• Lead A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in product management for digital products.
• Experience driving growth, PLG, acquisition, retention.
• Roadmap management across multiple products/platforms.
• Agile environment experience with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decisions; strong analytical and communication skills.
