🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience in manufacturing test for high‑perf servers or GPUs.
Proven leadership in architecture; cross‑team alignment without direct manager.
Strong hardware, firmware, and software collaboration; lab/debug focus.
Hands‑on Linux, OpenBMC, Open‑source tooling; scripting in Python/Bash.
Experience with rack‑scale/multi‑node systems, interconnects, qualification.
Testability/diagnosability features design; telemetry and interfaces.
