Principal Hardware Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Own system architecture across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and power domains.
• Define standards, architecture, and processes for hardware design and scale to mass production.
• Collaborate with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to align requirements and cross-functional decisions.
• Drive system-level decisions when constraints conflict (antenna, enclosure, thermal, power).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hardware engineering with deep expertise in at least two of EE, RF, or ME and strong
• Proven track record owning system architecture for complex, integrated hardware from concept to
• Experience bringing compact, battery-powered hardware through EVT/DVT/PVT, certification, and ramp
• Deep experience in RF/antenna integration, power, thermal, EMI/EMC, shielding, enclosure design
• Experience with system requirements and validation plans, and familiarity with U.S. and
• Experience working with ODM/JDM partners and contract manufacturing.
