Principal HPC Network Engineer (remote in the EU)

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain HPC networks with InfiniBand focus.
• Troubleshoot InfiniBand and Ethernet issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage InfiniBand switches, HCAs, subnet managers, and fabric configs.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain Fortinet security (FortiGate/Manager/Analyzer).
• Diagnose routing, switching, latency, and throughput in hybrid networks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in network engineering, HPC/data center
• InfiniBand expert with Mellanox/NVIDIA
• TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, QoS, network design
• Fortinet FortiGate/FortiManager/SSL VPN deployment
• Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with large-scale HPC or AI infra (preferred)
