Principal HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM leaders across global sales, customer success, marketing
• Lead and advise on organizational design, workforce planning, team scaling, and structural changes
• Drive core people programs, including performance management, employee engagement, succession
• Use workforce data and performance trends to assess team health, identify opportunities, and
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies that support GTM growth and
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to create tailored development plans for

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 or more years as an HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including sales processes, customer onboarding
• Demonstrated experience scaling GTM organizations through people programs, leadership coaching, and
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, evolving
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build
• Experience with Lattice, Rippling, or comparable HR systems.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $165,000–$185,000, depending on location, local market conditions, experience
