📋 Description

• Partner with G&A SVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors to design and evolve org structures that
• Lead org design initiatives end-to-end: diagnose root causes, align stakeholders, communicate
• Drive performance calibrations across Legal & Compliance, Finance, and People & Places
• Champion clear expectations and candid feedback; translate what raising the bar looks like into
• Handle sensitive data with judgment and confidentiality; determine what to escalate and what to
• Cultivate an AI Builder mindset by testing AI solutions to address challenges at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Proven expertise in org design and leading restructuring initiatives.
• Trusted advisor to VP/SVP level leaders with strong influencing/coaching ability.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using AI tools, employee data, engagement metrics, and
• Excellent judgment; knows when to push, listen, and escalate.
• High EQ with the ability to build trust across a diverse, cross-functional workforce.
