📋 Description

• Deliver training across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats to boost ArcGIS skills.
• Guide customers to design sustainable GIS workflows; run workshops; address skill gaps.
• Promote ArcGIS adoption across customer groups; demonstrate value and customize solutions.
• Create visuals and narratives to show GIS impact; collaborate with content teams.
• Travel up to 20% annually to support 10–15 onsite trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Esri software experience
• 5 years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
• 2+ years classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Strong listening, feedback integration, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication; degree in Geography, GIS, CS, or related field
• Willing to travel up to 20% annually; visa sponsorship not available
