• Deliver training in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats to build ArcGIS skills
• Collaborate with customers to design sustainable GIS workflows
• Promote ArcGIS adoption across customer groups and use cases
• Create narratives and visuals to show GIS impact to customers
• Stay current on GIS trends to keep content relevant

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years GIS software experience
• 5 years ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
• 2 years classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• 20% travel to support onsite sessions per year
