📋 Description

• Own underwriting models for GPU clusters and AI infrastructure.
• Lead detailed financial analysis including valuation and scenario planning.
• Partner with commercial and infra teams on contracts, power, and ops.
• Support origination and screening of new investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence across workstreams and transactions.
• Structure investments across equity, debt and hybrid capital.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in infra investing, PE, project finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
• Experience evaluating and executing complex transactions.
• Debt financing, capital structure analysis and financing docs.
• Hands-on with big-picture thinking; detail-oriented.
• Experience with data centres, GPU/AI infra or energy markets.
