🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree in Materials Science, Applied Physics (materials, laser, or optics focus), or
Expertise with applying optical fundamentals, laser materials processing, and resolving technical
Experience in rigorous experimentation, documentation, and data-driven process improvements.
Experience with mass production of diamond, semiconductors, and/or ceramics is a plus.
