🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical consulting, architecture, or delivery leadership.
• Senior/lead role on large-scale tier-1 projects.
• Design multi-component solutions: data integration, automation, AI.
• Platform mastery: Celonis, Process Intelligence Graph, Python, PQL.
• AI & agent orchestration: multi-agent workflows with AI validation at scale.
• Domain expertise in one major process domain or industry.
• Customer executive presence with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Education: BS/MS in CS/Engineering/Tech Management.
