📋 Description

• Design and run leadership development strategy with SVP of Talent Management.
• Lead offsites, team effectiveness sessions, and leadership cohorts.
• Select and administer 360 Feedback, DiSC, and coach leaders through results.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to identify leadership gaps and targeted plans.
• Design programs across modalities for ~1,000 employees.
• Manage vendor relationships and LMS operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in learning and development with 3+ years with manager and senior leaders.
• Prior people management experience required to facilitate leadership development and credibility with leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate programs personally.
• Experience operating as an OD practitioner or internal consultant.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent).
