Principal Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Research, design, and deploy next-gen ML architectures and workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture and ML Platform teams to integrate ML services.
• Lead as a voice and thought leader in ML practitioners.
• Identify, research, prototype, and evaluate cutting-edge big data and ML tech.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience as ML or software engineer deploying ML at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of ML frameworks (Sklearn, TensorFlow, SageMaker, SparkML).
• Experience with distributed big-data tools and event-based architectures (Spark, Kafka).
• Hands-on experience prototyping, building, releasing, and monitoring production ML models.
• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
• Experience defining ML strategy and setting technical standards.
