🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering; 5+ years senior/principal scope.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, orchestration, RAG, MLOps.
• Enterprise-scale cloud platforms, distributed systems, or CI/CD automation.
• Proven track record transforming how engineering orgs build, test, ship; AI-assisted tools.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous domains across architecture, product, security, ops, business value.
• Executive communication for VP/C-level audiences.
