Balance safety with user freedom to keep Roblox safe and civil.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years designing, developing, and operating large-scale ML systems.
Deep expertise in Computer Vision and/or Vision-Language Models.
Experience architecting scalable, real-time ML inference and data pipelines.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus.
Strong product sense and strategic planning; translate safety into roadmap.
Executive communication and stakeholder collaboration at senior levels.
