📋 Description

• Define and own multi-year ML vision and architecture for Content Safety.
• Lead the ML roadmap with Product/Data Science/Policy to boost safety outcomes.
• Adopt innovative ML techniques (transfer learning, self-supervised, LoRA, distillation).
• Drive end-to-end product development with datasets and auto-labeling pipelines.
• Ship code and models; integrate into production stack with modern tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing and operating large-scale ML systems in production.
• Deep expertise in Computer Vision and/or Vision-Language Models.
• Scalable real-time ML inference services and data pipelines.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate safety requirements into a practical technical roadmap.
• Executive communication and leadership; ethical AI focus.
