🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree in statistics, ML or related field; track record leading high-impact data science
Hands-on experience with model development, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
Production experience with fraud/anomaly detection, recommendation, churn/LTV; experience with
Knowledge of supervised learning, transfer learning, and neural networks; basic LLM knowledge and
ML Ops foundations: feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, continuous training
Model serving and inference optimization (e.g., vLLM, quantization).
