Principal ML Scientist

📋 Description

• Architect and scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, and personalization systems globally.
• Design end-to-end AI/ML platforms: data pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Define strategy and architecture patterns to accelerate AI innovation.
• Lead development of Agentic AI with autonomous reasoning and action.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Analytics to translate problems into AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale AI/ML systems in tech/SaaS/consumer environments.
• Proven expertise in customer-facing Agentic AI, LLM-powered solutions, and automation.
• Strong experience with recommender/personalization systems, ranking models, and experimentation.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and MLOps.
• Hands-on Python and AI tooling, including Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in CS/AI/DS or related field.
