📋 Description

• Lead development programs through the systems engineering lifecycle using MBSE approaches that
• Architect complex systems and guide multidisciplinary teams in applying structured systems
• Develop, maintain, and review SysML models using Cameo (MagicDraw) or comparable modeling tools.
• Establish and implement rigorous MBSE practices that maintain architectural integrity and
• Customize and automate Cameo capabilities to support engineering workflows and enable compliance
• Integrate model-based requirements management and traceability with software development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top
• U.S. citizenship, as required for government security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related
• At least 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SysML models in Cameo (MagicDraw) or a comparable
• Experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
