📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagements involving high-level business process analysis, transactional flow
• Discover, scope, plan, and deliver multiple ERP implementation and service projects, coordinating
• Lead multi-phase implementations covering areas such as accounting and finance, manufacturing, MRP
• Guide project teams through discovery, process mapping, functional and technical design
• Provide career guidance, mentoring, coaching, and development support to Senior Consultants
• Support sales engineering and business development through product demonstrations, client

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, solution design, ERP consulting, or a closely
• 7+ years of experience leading teams across multiple concurrent ERP implementation or consulting
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-phase ERP implementations, including planning, delegation
• Strong expertise in NetSuite or comparable ERP/business management platforms, with the ability to
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing client priorities
• Experience developing statements or scopes of work covering discovery, design, planning, delivery
