Principal, NetSuite Consultant (Remote)

📋 Description

• Act as SME and key contributor to service transition and delivery for accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts by meeting defined SLAs.
• Proactively review workload and redistribute as necessary.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, process adherence, and quality.
• Serve as primary lead/contact for assigned clients.
• Review contracts for terms; monitor time, billings, renewals, profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, CS, IS, MBA or equivalent.
• 4+ years NetSuite experience in config, implementation, admin, support, escalations.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant/Administrator certifications preferred.
• ERP best practices knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with Celigo, Boomi, FarApp (NetSuite Connector) integrations to Shopify, Salesforce, and more.
• Experience leading 5+ consultants across multiple engagements.
