📋 Description

• Lead design and improvement of NLP/LLM capabilities for production systems.
• Architect NLP solutions for NER, classification, text generation, semantic search.
• Ensure NLP models are reliable, measurable, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data teams, and analysts.
• Define experiments, build prototypes, and move models to production.
• Set technical direction for NLP systems and evaluate new approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS/ML/AI/Computational Linguistics or related field.
• 8+ years ML/NLP experience.
• 5+ years building NLP models for production.
• Deep understanding of transformers, attention, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Practical NLP tasks: NER, classification, text generation, IE.
• Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers; SQL; Azure or AWS.
