🎯 Requirements

PhD in CS, ML, AI, NLP, or related field.
8+ years of professional ML/NLP experience.
5+ years building NLP models for production.
Deep NN knowledge: RNN/CNN/Transformer, attention, embeddings.
Proven NLP skills: NER, classification, generation, extraction.
Expertise with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers; ONNX.
