📋 Description

• Lead design, research, and improvement of NLP/LLM for production systems.
• Design NLP solutions for NER, text classification, generation, and semantic search.
• Ensure NLP/LLM tech is reliable, measurable, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, analysts, and data teams to evaluate models.
• Define technical direction and experiments; move models to production.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS/ML/AI or related field
• 8+ years ML/NLP; 5+ years production NLP
• Deep NN knowledge: Transformer, attention, embeddings
• Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
• SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Data labeling workflows, metrics, and evaluation
