Principal NLP Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead design and research of NLP and LLM for production systems
• Design NLP solutions: NER, classification, generation, semantic search
• Focus on reliability, measurability, and production readiness
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, product managers to deploy models
• Define experiments, benchmarks, and production deployment plans
• Influence technical direction for NLP across internal platforms

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS/ML/AI/Computational Linguistics or related field
• 8+ years ML/NLP; 5+ years deploying NLP in production
• Deep understanding of NN architectures: Transformer, RNN, CNN, embeddings
• Strong NLP tasks: NER, classification, generation, information extraction
• LLM experience: evaluation, prompt design, fine-tuning, RAG
• Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers; ONNX; SQL; Cloud (Azure/AWS)
