🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with extensive
• Minimum 15 years in oligonucleotide synthesis, product/process development, and tech transfer to

• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical content.
