📋 Description

• Drive decisions and alignment across Partners and Canva Eng.
• Set technical direction for Canva's external platform surface.
• Ground partner conversations in runnable code spanning teams.
• Drive product-line engineering across MCP, REST APIs, Apps and PaaS.
• Carry platform direction outward early inside Ecosystem leadership.
• Shape strategic partner and customer engagements end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering with partner/platform/product experience.
• Built developer platforms with production code for external developers.
• Move fluidly between roadmap, system design, and partner negotiations.
• Prototyped code to back tough conversations with realistic scope.
• Deep expertise in modern AI platform stack including MCP and agentic API design.
• Strong written and verbal communicator; resolve misalignments clearly.
• Experience in fast-moving, heterogeneous stacks; quick to map unfamiliar code.
• Raise the technical bar across Ecosystem engineering and partner wins.
