Principal People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute strategic people plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives to create scalable structures.
• Diagnose leadership, team, and performance issues; provide tailored solutions.
• Develop talent, succession, and retention strategies with People Ops and Total Rewards.
• Prioritize high-impact people initiatives that drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, InfoSec, Ops, Marketing, and executives to align people strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in progressive People/HR leadership roles.
• 2–3 years at Director, Principal, or equivalent senior leadership.
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning.
• Experience with high-growth AI, deep tech, biotech, or similar innovation-focused organizations.
• Proven ability to design scalable frameworks and operating models in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/HR/OD; MBA/Master's/PhD advantageous.
