📋 Description

• Provide strategic advice to engineering leadership on people management
• Design and deliver People programs with COEs
• Lead AI-augmented workforce transformation: role redesign and skills evolution
• Unify VP+ org structures; optimize spans, layers, and global delivery
• Deliver executive consulting on org design and change management
• Use data-driven talent insights via QBRs to guide workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting large-scale tech orgs of 1000+ employees across global regions
• Proven experience coaching senior technical leadership (VP/SVP)
• Advanced proficiency in organizational design for global engineering structures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with high-growth tech companies and R&D
