Principal Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain elastic GCP infra with Kubernetes for ML workloads.
• Build automated ML pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Airflow.
• Implement observability to track drift, accuracy, latency, and degradation.
• Bridge data/ML, backend, and frontend engineers for production ops.
• ML observability: monitor feature drift, accuracy, and data shifts.
• Architect and lead the infra strategy for Production ML on Google Cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ yrs in DevOps/Platform Eng; 2+ yrs in prod ML workloads.
• GCP (VPC-SC, IAM, policies) and GKE (Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD).
• Istio (VirtualServices, mTLS) and Kong API Gateway.
• Terraform with Atlantis/GitOps across large estate.
• Identity/secrets: Auth0, Dex, ESO, or SOPS.
• Airflow in production; ML serving (Triton, MLflow); English proficiency.
