Principal Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain elastic GCP infra for ML workloads.
• Manage Kubernetes-based containerization for high-performance ML workloads.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models.
• Implement ML observability to track drift, latency, and accuracy.
• Bridge data/ML, backend, and frontend teams for smooth production ops.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SOC-compliant posture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in DevOps/Platform Eng; 2+ years with production ML workloads.
• GCP & Kubernetes mastery: GCP (VPC-SC, IAM, Org Policies) and GKE (Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD).
• Service Mesh & API Gateways: Istio and Kong.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform with Atlantis/GitOps.
• Secrets & Identity: Auth0, Dex, ESO, or SOPS.
• Data/ML Tooling: Airflow in production and ML serving (Triton, MLflow).
