Principal Platform Engineer, AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the enterprise AI platform for Hasbro.
• Partner to define interfaces, MCP and A2A contracts, and access controls.
• Enable secure AI with identity-aware access and governance.
• Integrate Databricks and Snowflake for model grounding.
• Own configuration, governance, and cost visibility of AI systems.
• Drive cross-team adoption with practical defaults and migrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience building shared AI platforms at scale (Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Deep familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols and security models.
• IAM patterns with Entra ID and Okta for AI systems.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake data platforms.
• Familiarity with Claude for Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise governance.
• Azure and/or Databricks experience is a plus for analytics.
• Pragmatic about AI safety; guardrails as engineering discipline.
