• Define the Core Services Roadmap: Establish a multi-year vision for shared platform capabilities
• Lead Billing and Payments Strategy: Own the direction for subscriptions, pricing, plans, trials

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, including 4 or more years focused on
• Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycles, trials, upgrades and downgrades, proration, payment
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, multi-factor authentication, and role-based
• Ability to interpret API specifications, trace data across systems, write SQL queries to validate
• Ability to identify shared capabilities behind competing product requests, establish a clear point
• Experience delivering a system migration, cutover, or pricing change with meaningful customer and
