Principal Platform/Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, resilient software
• Provide technical leadership for autonomous AI agent integrations, LLM workflows, and multi-agent
• Build and champion production-grade CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and
• Guide senior engineers through technical execution, comprehensive code reviews, architectural
• Develop high-quality, performant, maintainable software across user interfaces, backend services
• Lead large-scale technical initiatives by defining scope, estimating complex work, managing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of technical
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud and DevOps engineering, with deep hands-on experience in AWS
• Demonstrated experience deploying Agentic AI models, autonomous AI agents, LLM workflows, or
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities spanning user interfaces, middleware, backend services
• Advanced understanding of modern software architecture, design patterns, scalability, resiliency
