Principal Power Portfolio Management (w/m/d)

📋 Description

• You take ownership of risk for Enpal Energy portfolio.
• Build and operate a hedging setup—from strategy to trade execution.
• Develop and run HPFC models (0–18 months) for hedging decisions.
• Monitor portfolio risk and KPIs; ensure transparency.
• Interface between Trading & Risk and Sales/Pricing.
• Build and develop a small, high-performing, quant-oriented team.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in power trading, hedging, or renewables risk management.
• Strong understanding of hedging instruments (futures, shapes, options, PPAs).
• Analytical skills with HPFC models, market data, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Experience in power price modeling; cross-commodity modeling is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build processes in early-stage environments.
