📋 Description

• Engage executives in enterprise teams across manufacturing, retail, travel, and services.
• Identify pain points and translate into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead architecture design for strategic customers (CX, IT Transformation, PaaS, ESM).
• Communicate architecture details to CIO/CTO-level audiences.
• Apply architecture methods and patterns for integration.
• Build relationships with Enterprise Architects, Directors, and CXOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing/consumer goods/retail/service in strategic pre-sales architecture.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and related products.
• ERP/MES/WMS/POS and digital commerce architecture familiarity.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, IT4IT, BIAN and TMForum frameworks.
• Experience presenting architecture concepts to senior technology leaders.
