📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional security engineers across HMND 01 lifecycle.
• Define product security requirements for embedded and AI-enabled robots.
• Build security protocols, tools, and processes to stay ahead of threats.
• Own audit-ready security artefacts: Security Management Plans, TARA, risk assessments.
• Drive end-to-end security assurance through design to post-market.
• Align security with safety, influencing architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ISO27001/27004/27005 and NIST RMF for regulated hardware.
• Own risk management for safety-critical products (auto/industrial).
• Working knowledge of IEC 62443; adapt ISO/SAE 21434 for robotics.
• Understand dev lifecycles; security aligns with systems, safety, HW/SW co-dev.
• Interpret PenTest reports; author remediation actions prioritized by risk.
• Clear, structured communication to engineers and execs.
